Jay Neff does an excellent job of applying expert management of the grapes and vineyard, and this delicious wine is from 4th leaf vines.Tempranillo is the beloved grape of Rioja in Spain, and has been described as the perfect marriage between Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir by Jancis Robinson. This is the perfect description of the 2008 Fall Creek Tempranillo, as the wine is like a bowl full of cherries with the finishing grace and fragrance of roses and violets.
