Fall Creek Vineyards Toasts 19th Annual Grape Stomp Tradition
2 Saturdays: August 16 & 23!

Tow, Texas - Don’t miss this year’s 19th Annual Grape Stomp and Harvest Festival at Fall Creek Vineyards, Saturday, August 16th and Saturday, August 23rd, from 11:00am to 5:00pm, both days at Fall Creek Vineyards. The annual “Grape Stomp” is a two-Saturday traditional favorite; full of fun and activity for all ages!   With great anticipation and excitement, families enjoy award-winning wine tasting, winery tours, live local music on the vineyard patio, Castle Bounce, hayrides, chain-saw ice carving,  and, of course, the excitement of your own “bare” feet grape stomping, “I Love Lucy”-style with the video playing, in wine barrels, all free of charge! No wonder Fall Creek’s Annual Grape Stomp & Harvest Festival is where YOU want to toast the harvest in the Texas Hill Country!

Bring your appetite as Chef Leu Savahn, of famed August E’s Restaurant in Fredericksburg, and notable Texas Culinary Academy Chef Graham Mitchell will be offering a two-course cooking demonstration  lunch paired with two glasses of  award-winning Fall Creek Vineyards wines at 2 seatings each Saturday, 11:30am and 1:30pm, by reservation/325/379-5361 for $22/person, all inclusive of food and wine!

Don’t worry about the Texas heat, as all activities are either inside the winery or under shade tents or on the covered patio with misters to keep you cool.  Additionally, Texas Culinary Academy students will be providing a delectable array of food on the patio for purchase and your dining pleasure  (benefiting 2 Culinary Student Fall Creek Vineyards Scholarships) for guests’ enjoyment embellished with a favorite Fall Creek Vineyards wine and live music.  Or, expand your wine knowledge with Texas Culinary Academy Professor and author, Jane Nickles’ Wine 101 Class, which will possibly be some of the most delicious, educational and fun times you have spent in a long time, offered at 1:00pm and 3:00pm both Saturdays, $20/person by reservation/325/379-5361!  All our demo lunches and classes sell out early, so reserve your seat now!

Enjoy music and a relaxing ambiance on the vineyard patio or take an educational tour through the winery where grapes transform into lovely wines.  Visit the winery for tours, wine tasting and gifts, open everyday all year long, with the exception of Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years Day and Easter: Monday,  Friday 11am – 4 pm; Saturday, 11 am – 5pm; and Sunday, 12noon – 4 pm.  Let Fall Creek Vineyards be your destination for any special/private event of your own or one hosted by the winery.

Fall Creek Vineyards is centrally located on the northwest shores of beautiful Lake Buchanan  at Tow, Texas, in the Hill Country and is open to the public every day.  Visitors enter the spectacular winery property down an allée of Cyprus trees and are greeted by an inviting courtyard ensconced by classical architecture.  In the tasting room and gift shop with gourmet food bar, staff cordially invite guests to tour, taste and relax on the courtyard savoring the many acclaimed, hand sculptured wines:  Chardonnay, Caché, Viognier, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon
