Tow, Texas – Fall Creek Vineyards will host a “Like Wine for Chocolate” wine tasting class on Saturday, February 16, 2008 from 2:00pm – 3:00pm, at a cost of $18.00 per person, all inclusive of three chocolates, wines and some surprise food pairings to taste. Not only will this one hour class enlighten your senses, you will also be guided step-by-step how to pair Fall Creek Vineyards award winning Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and the Twin Springs dessert-style wine with white, milk and dark chocolates, as well as with some other interesting tastes. Ms. Jane Nickels, a Certified Specialist of Wine, returns to Fall Creek Vineyards by popular demand to dazzle us with her wine knowledge. Jane has penned WineSpeak 101, and she is the Wine Instructor at the acclaimed Texas Culinary Academy in Austin, Texas.
